Zecon Group Pty Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") operates the OZMAN mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

OZMAN is designed with privacy in mind. The App stores all your project data, calculations, quotes, dockets, and other construction management information locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your construction project data on our servers.

The following information may be collected or processed:

• Subscription Information: When you subscribe to OZMAN Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID to manage your entitlements. We do not receive or store your payment details (credit card number, billing address, etc.) — these are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
• Device Information: Basic device information may be collected by Apple/Google and RevenueCat for subscription verification purposes, such as device type and operating system version.
• App Usage Data: We do not collect analytics, usage tracking, or behavioural data from the App.

2. Data Storage

All construction data you enter into OZMAN — including projects, quotes, dockets, worker records, caulking jobs, trucking logs, safety records, schedules, overhead calculations, and calculator results — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data is not transmitted to any server.

If you use the App's built-in Backup & Restore feature, your data is exported as a JSON file that you control. You choose where to save and share this file. We do not have access to your backup files.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: Handles subscription purchases and payment processing. Subject to Apple's or Google's Privacy Policy respectively.
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription status verification. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy. RevenueCat receives only an anonymous identifier to check your subscription entitlements.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your construction project data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it using the Backup feature.

5. Data Security

Since your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's security settings (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, etc.). We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a strong passcode.

Subscription verification communications between the App and RevenueCat are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.

6. Children's Privacy

OZMAN is a professional construction management tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete all your app data at any time through the App's Settings screen ("Clear All Data" option)
• Export your data using the Backup feature
• Cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
• Request information about what data we hold (which is none, as all data is stored locally on your device)

8. Subscription Terms

OZMAN Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $12.99 AUD per month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play account settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
