1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the OZMAN mobile application ("App") on iOS (Apple App Store) or Android (Google Play Store), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to download and use the OZMAN App for personal and commercial use in managing your construction business. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App
- Copy, redistribute, or sublicence the App or any part of it
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App
- Transfer the App to another person or "mirror" any part of the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
3. Intellectual Property
The OZMAN App, including but not limited to its name, logo, visual designs, user interface elements, screen layouts, icons, graphics, source code, and all associated content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Zecon Group Pty Ltd (ABN 43 653 311 070). All rights are reserved under Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any part of the OZMAN application or its materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Zecon Group Pty Ltd.
4. Subscription and Billing
OZMAN offers a subscription-based premium service ("OZMAN Pro") at $12.99 AUD per month, billed as an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android).
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. Zecon Group Pty Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
OZMAN is a business management tool and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Users are responsible for verifying all calculations, quotes, and financial data generated by the App.
6. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Zecon Group Pty Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if Zecon Group Pty Ltd has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All construction data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your project data on our servers.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OZMAN:
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- To harass, abuse, or threaten others
- To transmit obscene or offensive content
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
- To interfere with the proper functioning of the App
9. Modifications
Zecon Group Pty Ltd may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use the App, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
11. Platform Terms
In addition to these terms, your use of the App is subject to:
- iOS: Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)
- Android: Google Play's Terms of Service
